Perfect service! Vanessa saved us from the cheaters in the next office (Italy Car Rent, who just stole our money). SRC was perfect for 4 days with a Citroen C3 2018 - 126 EUR with VAT. They returned the 1000 eur deposit later. Thanks to her for all and for her kindness!

No issues with SRC - hired a small car one way from Catania to Palermo. Easy pickup, car was clean and easy to drive, and drop-off was seamless. Deposit was refunded within 48 hours.

Everything went very quickly and efficiently. The service man was very nice and helpful, the car was very pleasant to drive. The price was also ok. I have no objections.

We chose a convenient option to rent the car in Catania and return in Milazzo. We like the long operating hours of the office, unlike some other car rent companies. I'm very satisfied with SRC service. Kind staff, which provided helpful tips about places to see on the island. The car was clean and in good condition. I took full protection option and car return was very simple, fast and without any problems.

Believe the positive reviews as we had a great experience renting from SRC. The car was practically new with good amenities like car play for Apple Maps integration. Ginliano and Nicola were extremely friendly upon delivery and return of the car. I had to return the car a day late and SRC did not even charge me for being out of contract for a day as it was still within the 24 hour period. Daniel and Carmelo did an amazing job, they were very flexible with us and the car was in a perfect condition - we even got an automatic one although we did not book it (can highly recommend for the Sicilian mountain streets). We would always book again with you when we come back to Sicily!

We found out a bit late that we wanted to rent a car. Luckily they found a car for us on Sunday with next day pick up. Contract was signed and paid for in 10 minutes max. We picked up the car at 8:30 on Monday, Davide helped us with everything. We returned it in the evening, Daniel met us, did a quick check of the car and then we did the paperwork. Overall experience was great (picked up and dropped off from Pisa Airport). Received a new car, very clean and comfortable. The process to pick up the car was fast and professional. Returning the car was just the same, no hidden fees and no taking advantage of young drivers. The staff member inspected the car with me present, everything was fine with no cheeky attempts to claim damage or anything like that. Would recommend.
