Today I tell you about a very successful festival, now in its 23rd edition confirmed for 2020, the Cous Cous Fest attracts people from all over the world.

Every year in September the protagonist of the event is the Cous Cous, a poor dish par excellence but able to bring together, in this small town in north-western Sicily, chefs from all over the world in the name of integration and exchange.

Ten days to live among exciting gastronomic competitions, couscous tastings, cooking shows by star chefs, cooking lessons for adults and children, concerts by great Italian and international artists and talk shows.

All this in the splendid setting of San Vito lo Capo, which with its warm climate, crystal clear sea and the beauty of its beaches, awarded with important prizes every year, is the ideal location to prolong the pleasant relaxation of summer holidays.

It will be an event in the name of security but the format will not change, the organizers of the festival have officially announced it.

The Cous Cous Fest is confirmed for its 23rd edition and will take place on the dates already scheduled, from 18 to 27 September in San Vito Lo Capo.

To give the go-ahead was the Provincial Committee of Order and Public Safety, chaired by the Prefect of Trapani, Tommaso Ricciardi in the presence of the heads of the Police Headquarters of Trapani, the regional and provincial police, public health and representatives of the regional health, tourism and agriculture and forests of the Sicilian Region.

Measures will be taken in order to respect and guarantee a completely safe and in compliance with anti-Covid regulations.
