Alessandro and Saber Elabed are two very ambitious brothers, lovers of traditional cuisine, who in just a few years have managed to create a warm and unique place where you can stop for lunch, dinner or an aperitif and share a convivial moment with your friends.
“The restaurant/pizzeria Al Magnum was born in October 2014 out of a dream of mine and my brother. We wanted to create a series of different restaurant activities with a common denominator of hospitality and authenticity,” Saber tells us.
“We make our customers feel at home and give them a reason not only to come the first time but also to come back.
Our pizza is not made with chemical yeast, but is leavened naturally for a minimum of 48 hours, baked in a wood-fired oven and topped with top-quality ingredients.
The same, of course, also applies to our catering products: our fries, panelle and crocché are not frozen products but freshly made by us, as is the pasta we use. We wanted to create a series of different restaurant activities with a common denominator of hospitality and authenticity”.
