The restaurant is located between Castellammare and Scopello, at the belvedere. This rest area is a must on excursions to Castellammare del Golfo in the direction of Scopello.

If you are fond of photography you have to stop in this square that gives you a breathtaking postcard of the city. On sunny days you can enclose in a single photo the town, the castle overlooking the marina and the sea blue that illuminates the entire gulf.

Gaspare, the owner, will welcome you as one of the family, to make you feel pampered and bewitch you with his cuisine, through interesting food-wine combinations wisely combined.

If you have children, you will also like the area dedicated to animation, so the little ones won’t get bored and practically come back to the table just to eat. Gaspare explained to me that it’s a service not managed directly by them and it’s therefore a paid service, but in my opinion it’s definitely worth it.

During hot summer evenings or warm winter days, from the Quetzal, you can see the sun go to sleep in a blaze of colors that will make this place in your memories, like “that place” where you saw perhaps one of the most beautiful sunsets of your life!
