How it works
- Select ZeroWait when booking online
When you book your car, request the ZeroWait service. This will allow you to complete all the formalities in advance, so that when you arrive you can go straight to the car park.
- Receive the forms by email
As soon as you have completed your booking, you will receive an email with two forms: The Web Check-in form, where you can enter your personal details and upload a photo of your driver's license. The Credit Card Authorization form, which is required to complete the rental process.
- Fill out the forms within 48 hours before pick-up
You have up to 48 hours before pick-up to fill out and submit both forms. This will allow our team to prepare your contract and assign you a vehicle in advance.
- Receive final instructions and your car's license plate number
A few hours before pick-up, you will receive a message with the license plate number of the vehicle reserved for you and all the instructions you need to reach it.
- Go directly to the parking lot and drive away
Upon arrival, you will not need to stop at the SRC counter. Go directly to the parking lot, where you will find your car using the license plate number provided. Then, all you have to do is get behind the wheel and drive away.
